As we collectively respond to the current national emergency, Big O Tree & Lawn Service would like to let you know that we are still open for business.
In light of the concern for transmission of this disease, we are making the following changes and recommendations:
- We will communicate with you via phone, text messaging, and email. Proposals and invoices will be emailed if we have your email address on file; if not, regular mail will be used. Payments can still be made via mail or paid online by accessing the link within the emailed invoice.
- Sales representatives will maintain proper social distancing while on your property – for your protection as well as ours.
- All work crews will maintain proper social distancing while performing the work you require – lawn treatments or tree pruning or removals.
Please know we are very aware of your concerns for the potential spread of this disease and will do all we can to follow all the best management practices as nationally prescribed. If we all do our part, we will get through this together.
